About me
Michelle Ruggio has been with the Mid Hudson Regional Information Center (MHRIC) for over 25 years with expertise in Student Services, Application Training, and Data Reporting. Currently working on the Data Warehouse Help Desk, Michelle is passionate about making complex information accessible and engaging. One particular focus is developing tutorials using microlearning strategies to boost user engagement and learning retention. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys walking the scenic Rail Trails of the Hudson Valley, exploring the stunning landscapes of Sedona, AZ and beachcombing along the East Coast.
